Below is information that can help you have a better idea of what to expect.
What forms of payment are accepted?
Sessions can be paid for using debit, credit, or HSA/FSA cards. Payment is due at time of the appt.
How do I know what my insurance covers?
I strongly recommend posing the following questions to your insurance provider BEFORE scheduling your first appt:
~ What are my benefits for mental/behavioral health?
~ Does my deductible apply to mental health? If so, have I met it?
~ When does my deductible renew?
~ Does my plan limit how many sessions I can have? If so, what is the limit?
~ Does my plan require written approval from my primary in order for sessions to be covered?
What is the cancellation policy?
No shows and cancellations within 48 hours are subject to the full session rate. This is necessary because a time commitment is made and held exclusively for you. I understand life happens and am more than happy to work with you if/when unforeseen circumstances arise.
